INFORMATION POLICY PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE GDPR 679/2016
OBJECT AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING: The Holder Anna Louise Pileci processes all personal and identification data (e.g. name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment references – below,“Personal Data” or even “Data”) when signing the contract for training projects with the client (below “the Customer”) or even on the occasion of preliminary contacts for the purpose of conducting fact-finding meetings, developing quotations and similar activities. It also uses the contact data provided to respond to requests from interested parties via web forms.
In particular, the type of activities carried out by the Holder includes the following data processing:
- Use of customer data for invoicing and administrative processes
- Use of family and learner contact details (including mobile phone numbers) for communication and organisation of the training project or intervention
- Use of the necessary data (including any minimum health data required for personalised teaching) for interactive teaching activities and preliminary assessment of the pupil’s knowledge
- In the case of training projects commissioned by organisations, processing of participants’ data for related tasks (signing of registers, etc.).
- Use of the student’s image and voice for teaching purposes (e.g. provision of lecture recordings) and communication, limited to the extent provided for by the regulations in force
- Use of data to act a legitimate interest of the holder
The Holder reserves the right to send information or promotional communications to existing customers for services similar to the one purchased. The sending of newsletters will be subject to the acquisition of specific, free consent.
The holder works as a teacher, trainer, consultant and founder of the E2B Project.
Treatment modalities are in paper form and in electronic form (prevalent), with the inclusion in several databases and the use of the same.
The provision of personal data is necessary to fulfil the stated contractual purposes: any refusal to provide personal data may compromise, in whole or in part, the establishment or continuation of the contractual relationship, the pre-contractual fulfilments or the specific performance required.
Any marketing activities as well as the use of the pupils’ image and audio are, on the other hand, based on consent and the customer may object at any time without jeopardising the services requested.
Data storage time is based on legal obligations for contractual and administrative processing. For educational purposes, it is generally aligned with the duration of the course and subsequent brief reporting (maximum 12 months unless otherwise indicated by the partner organisations).
Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them, for the purposes of the processing indicated, will act in the capacity of Data Processors (other teachers) or Persons in charge of the processing (employees and collaborators of the Professional, Accountant’s Office, etc.). Personal data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties.
The law confers on the data subject the right to obtain: confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her; the updating, rectification, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law. He/she has the right to object, in whole or in part: to the processing of personal data and to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
